I just saw this review. Is so unfair! U checked my phone on the spot and u said microphone not working. I was surprised because my daughter never mention anything about this. So I said is ok if you don’t want to deal but u said ok never mind. U said you don’t have 120 and is it ok for me to accept 118. I accepted! I just checked with her again just now regarding the microphone. She said is working. The LCD is original too!! Pls go apple shop to buy a perfect mobile phone!!

Responsive seller, but item had significant cosmetic damage that wasn’t told on description, which instead was said to only have been used once with protective film still on. Good thing is that she added to that description recently. Refund process was smooth, but I wasted the cost of one delivery trip.
