I accepted offer but no news after that. Quite disappointing.

Terrible buyer. Made an offer that was accepted and never followed up. Highly unresponsive after making the accepted offer and did not provide any updates after.

Confirmed the deal and location but no reply and never show up. No courtesy to even inform.

Easy going buyer and prompt in meeting up to deal.
