Item received was definitely not “brand new” as stated. It came with furring on multiple areas and loose running threads - signs of an item well used. I contacted her immediately (within 2 days of purchase), but she insisted she only washed but never used it before and that it “came like this” (??) and hence was unwilling to return/refund. I feel that this is very dishonest and unethical.

Have explained to buyer. It was gifted to us and we did wash but was kept aside. Didn't wear and selling as baby has outgrown and cannot even wear when we were sorting clothes out. We were totally not aware of this either. Definitely not our first time selling things here. This was a product from mothercare and selling at $6 (covering postage as well). I was the one who initiated the sales from buyer. If I am doing this deliberately, I wouldn't give her a chance to leave such review either.
