The seller didn’t inform na sira pala ang strap. Konting bigat lang at malalaslas na but I informed naman the seller beforehand na sa laptop ko gagamitin ang bag meaning kailangan ko ng bag strap. The seller never told me about the broken strap. When I received it, I messeged the seller agad pero the seller just left me on read sa lahat ng messages ko. The seller has no accountability. Never again
