The microwave was all wrapped up in the box so that we couldn't check it and you lied and said it was almost like new. When I opened it, I discovered it was extremely dirty and battered with scratches on it and the top was completely burnt black and would not come out when cleaned. When we use it, a burnt smell comes out. What a waste of money.
