It says on the post that the item is new and the pics on the post show that the item has no damage and is in good condition, but when the item arrived the shoes didn't look new, there are plenty of visible cracks and chipping. Very disappointing. I raised my concern to the seller but tge seller claims that the item was in good cobdition when she sent it. But the cracks on the leather look like natural wear and tear and item cracked over time. I just hope the seller would give me a refund.
