Purchase via normal mail. Item was lost in mail. Offered to do customer recovery by giving her replacement case even though we stated clearly not liable for lost normal mail. Replied and updated buyer within few hours of every ques, she lied. Offered replacement. However original design was not shipped to us. Asked her choose another design or top up for more expensive version. Deal with her only if she purchased via registered mail. Sorry ah, customers can see that we are sincere enough.
This seller will only reply after 1-2 days and after i ask only. She is such a waste of time. I haven't received my item after two months. And she did not give my money back. Now, She told me she will not mail nor refund my money. I only lost a small money, you lost buyers for being a nonsense seller.
