Not a pleasant customer to deal with. Communication was difficult, and despite our efforts to accommodate their requests, the overall experience was disappointing.

Appointment was fixed for 10-11am on 06 Aug. I was informed that installer had a minor heart attack, which I understood. They rescheduled to 1pm, then delayed to 3.30pm and showed up at 4pm, only to find out that the vinyl doesn't fit. They came the next day at 12.30pm when I told them to come at 10am as I need to get it done before 11am. Poor workmanship as well.
