He came punctual and is very knowledgeable technical guy. Within a min diagnosis of my Samsung washing machine, he can tell what causes the water leakage problem. Replacement parts is high quality and comes with 3 months warranty. During part replacement, he also did maintenance on other area to prevent any further wear and teal damage. It's a very tough job and should earn a salute for him.
