Good communication but sofa 100% not as advertised. One of the seat extremely sat through and used. Also cannot really hook into the second sofa anymore, so uneven on the floor ( see picture). So it's kind of bumpy and every time sat on one of the sofa makes weird sound.

Unfortunately this was a dishonest buyer - they purchased the sofa for a relative seemingly without measuring the space. When it didn’t fit a 1 star review was given with false claims about the state of the product. Not realising what was going on I arranged for pick-up of the item and gave a full refund. Upon inspection there was nothing wrong with the sofa, and the delivery guy explained the above to me.
