srry for the disappointmnt but the damage is obviously caused by the courier’s handling. i’m even willing to give a refund KINDLY but u’re insisting that it’s our fault even if kita nman po sa pic nyo na nabkbak ung shoes sa loob ng parcel dhil nasa loob ng parcel ung mga bakbak na leather. we packed ur order nicely and we even gave u a freebie but we can’t control how the courier handles the parcel. we’re honest with our customers as u can see on all our other customers’ feedbacks.
