The buyer was initially understanding but became upset a few minutes later. I even offered to proceed with the deal, but that was apparently not enough. Rather than moving forward, he chose to leave a negative review instead. Looking at his review history, he has done similar things to others on multiple occasions over the years. It's ironic that he is so upset now, and it makes this criticism difficult to take seriously when he has behaved the same way himself. Practice what you preach.
