I care about social issues, health & the environment. I hate throwing things away, esp when they're still good & can bless someone else. There's just too much trash & pollution in our envt today. Carousell helps reduce waste and recycle useful things.

Product came with faulty battery. After placing a new battery, the product does not suck dirt out from the ears. It is just a vibrator only. Gimmicks and lousy product.

Ad clearly said Batt is excluded. I forgot to take old batt out. So why are complaining? Ad never claim it'll suck your hardened or sticky wax out of your ear. If it does, it will damage your ear drums lah! Instructions said you are supposed to move it gently up and down your ears to loosen and collect the dirt. UNREALISTIC. Standard postage was to mailbox, not a courier service. You don't check your mailbox, complained & blocked my payment until Carousell released it. U have no case.
