Backout without notice . Very very bad buyer . 1st time bluff say tomorrow transfer deposit and in the end say don't want already although the room have been reserve for him for two days . 2nd time I told her I have down my hotel room rates to below $700 and if 1 day rental is only $338 and he say she interested And again backout . Very funny try to believe her the 2nd time also give her playout . Very very very untrustworthy buyer . Sad .
