Buyers beware — terribly dishonest seller. I bought 2 supposedly new moisturisers at $40. Both boxes were dented, and one came w/o the plastic wrapping. When i opened the latter, the product was 1/3 empty and there was a speck of dirt. Seller still insisted it was new despite pictures of it. She eventually refunded $5, claiming that “you only buy 1 so it will be 30$”. Math doesn’t tally either.

My post says it's $30 if you only buy one. And the other one I don't know why you're saying I used it, but you put something dirty in it just to get one for free. And there's nothing wrong with it. As compensation, $5 is enough.
