Seller was unresponsive about finalizing transaction. Offered several options to transact and seller barely replied. Item description was also vague in terms of inclusions. Offered to meet in preferred area buyer wanted and did not make time. Offered grab delivery and did not respond.

Overall didn’t want to push thru with this buyer because of his constant haggling even with an accepted price. He asked for alternatives such as cases, etc, which was clearly not included in the descriptions. I was firm with our initial inclusions & price, despite this he kept trying to bring the price lower (even until 500php off) After constant efforts of haggling he went back to the agreed price. By this time I made up my mind that I didn’t want to deal with a person like this.
