How on earth I should leave review after I reject the offer from seller? The seller did not want to cancel the bid. I can't use the ads since the seller do nothing about that.

How on earth I should leave a review after I accept the offer from buyer? The buyer did not want to proceed the transaction, and suddenly do nothing about the bid. I can't use the ads since the buyer cancel the transaction after we already agreed on the price. Please restore my ads and blacklist this buyer!
