Seller demanded I send a $350 deposit and agreed to give a large deposit. I requested him to reserve it for me since I already placed a deposit and he held onto my money for nearly a day before selling it to someone else. Our agreed sealing time was after 3 and he told me it’s sold at 4:30. Not reliable and dishonest. Listing was not accurate too.
