I have had to use Google to translate from mandarin to English and have explained to this buyer a few times my mandarin is not good. She insists on using mandarin to communicate. My helper and I checked that the dress was in good condition before sending it but somewhere was damaged during the SF courier process. I refunded her part of the cost of dress on the same day, within an hour of her complaint. Yet she writes a review that is biased and unfair. Terrible unreasonable buyer.

This person contacted me and asked for same day meet up BUT can’t meet at my said location in Sai Ying pun only Northpoint. She then didn’t want to give contact details such that my helper can reach her when she arrives. Asked if she can pay upfront to guarantee the sale, she told me rudely to keep my dress and called me “so pity” to ask for money when item “only $150”. Seller has indicated I’m mean because I requested for her to give a refund for a dress that she sent to me which was a different brand to what was advertised.
