my first bad review for someone. i needed a swaddle urgently and upon receiving, there were yellow stains despite saying it’s brand new. tried to be nice for settling at least half a refund yet she ignored me. it’s disappointing when i thought maybe as a mother herself she would understand.

Wasn’t ignoring her message & already explained why I wasn’t able to reply her after she texted me.And since starting when she complained abt the stains which I barely saw it from her photo,I’ve already replied her to try cleaning it,otherwise I’ll do sth for her.It’s only 5$ for this swaddle which obvly I’m not making money but just to declutter my place.& as soon as I got to reply her, I’ve already refunded the money & even asked her keep the item for free.I don’t know what more she wants!
