Buyer did not view product and accused seller that it not worth the price confirmed. Buyer had arranged for mover without intention of viewing. Only upon receiving of goods, awful comments came in stating its worth less. Insincere buyer with no resolution provided nor basis due.d done. Put on seller’s fault for unsatisfactory goods. Lack inspection efforts in purchasing.
I trusted our chat and didn’t go to view the bookcase. It was my mistake to trust your word that the condition is very very good while it was defective (shaking stand, tilted).
We were so accomodating: disassembled the item prior to pick up,even provided her with a screwdriver!Told her several times that 2 people needed to lift the couch out of the flat.Me/hubby(bad back) could assist to open the door/lift etc.She agreed!Day of the move one guy shows up only.Most disappointing part-she didnt inform me change.Honesty is more important than saving a few bucks.Disappointing

Sorry about this. In my experience, one driver and one helpers mean two movers. And one driver equals to one mover. I have reported this incident to Lalamove.
