Seller listed the item as brand new even though she had it kept in the store room for a year and the material of the yoga mat had deteriorate over time. Even after highlighting to the seller the insides of the mat were not up to stated condition, seller insisted on not refunding and not responding. In addition, she deleted the sold listing immediately. Irresponsible seller, do not deal with her!
This buyer is so rude n irresponsible and should be banned in carosell . She DID CHECKED the condition of the item upon payment and after left she message to refund. Crazy n damn unlucky to deal with such a buyer! She checked the item n still complain despite the item was fine (the yogamat was exactly same as the picture posted) . I deleted the item and chat to end all drama from her! All reviews good n repeated purchases only this review suck. Dear buyers, who do you think is at fault lo!!?
