chair was either wrongly assembled or defective, with the round tilt tension knob stuck, and the lock/unlock handle that u pushin/pull out connected to literalynothing, informed seller upon getting the chair and seller was mia
First fact is that I kept my word to make a full refund. 2nd fact was that you 'change your mind' to arrange the return AFTER refund made. Period.
