Agreed on the price and accepted my offer but sold to her friend instead. She said she had a few people cop out on her so when I didn’t reply within a few hours, she sold it to someone else. I’m a mother of young kids and my day job requires me to be fully present as I work with students so I can’t check my phone regularly.
